The Specialties Restaurant (Sluizer Restaurants) has the atmosphere of a typical, traditional, Amsterdam restaurant (with many works of contemporary Dutch artists)Parties are very welcome in the pleasant ambiance of our well frequented restaurants; additionally, there are separate rooms and a bar available for parties up to 150.The extensive dinner menu and changing choice menus, with international meat- and fish-dishes, is completed with seasonal dishes. Certain traditional dishes, however, are never taken off the menu.

After a renovation of more than a year we have opened a Grand Café / Restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the IJ that serves as a meeting place and as a perfect location for breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. We are open 7 days a week. Our visitors mainly mention the excellent cuisine and delicious dishes and the professional and friendly service. Something that we are very proud of and in which we want to continue to exceed ourselves.
